Refund Policy

Digital Products

 

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable workbooks), all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

 

Physical Products

 

If your book or product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

 

Therapy & Workshops

 

No refunds are provided for completed therapy sessions. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. For paid workshops, refunds may be requested up to 48 hours before the event.
