Service Description

At Take Flight Wellness, we provide custom workshops tailored to enhance mental well-being for individuals and communities, with topics covering anxiety, depression, trauma, mindfulness, and more. Available in both virtual and in-person formats, our workshops cater to agencies, schools, nonprofits, and churches, with costs ranging from $0 to $500. Participants can also select their own topics, ensuring a personalized experience that promotes healing and connection.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements: • Workshops must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance to allow time for coordination and planning. • A signed booking agreement is required to confirm the date. • For paid events, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the event date. • Schools or organizations may choose from free workshops visits (with optional book order forms) or paid assemblies/workshops depending on availability and scope. Travel & Supplies: • For locations more than 30 miles from Detroit, travel reimbursement may be required. • Books and activity materials may be available for pre-order or on-site purchase. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made 2 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. • Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance will forfeit the deposit unless rescheduling is arranged. • Rescheduling is allowed one time at no additional cost if completed within 30 days of the original event date. Emergency Cancellations: In the rare event that Jessica must cancel due to illness, emergency, or weather, the event will be rescheduled promptly, or all payments will be refunded in full.
